Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain vegan yogurt I used soy yogurt
  • cup runny peanut butter I used natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder I used vanilla flavored
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 150 g dark chocolate preferably sugar free
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional but recommended for dipping
  • Sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix vegan yogurt with natural peanut butter and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop it into an ice cube tray or a silicone mold of your choice, filling it ¾ to the top.
  • Add 1 banana slice to each cube and push it in. Smooth out the top and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  • Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in 30 seconds intervals in the microwave until melted.
  • Release the cubes from the ice cube tray and dip each of them in the dark chocolate.
  • Place on the baking tray and immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!

Notes

Keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
Allow them to thaw for about 10 minutes before eating.
