These treats are made with a handful of simple ingredients that you likely already have in your kitchen. We start with plain vegan yogurt, which provides a creamy base for our bites. Next, we add in natural peanut butter for a dose of healthy fats and protein powder to give them an extra boost of protein. Sliced bananas are added into each cube for a touch of sweetness, while a coating of dark chocolate adds a rich flavor. Finish them off with a sprinkle of sea salt for the perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients breakdown

  • Plain vegan yogurt: Opt for soy yogurt or any other plant-based yogurt of your choice.
  • Natural peanut butter: Feel free to use almond butter or another nut butter if preferred.
  • Vegan protein powder: I used a vegan vanilla-flavored protein powder, but you can experiment with different flavors.
  • Banana: Sliced banana adds natural sweetness and a creamy texture.
  • Dark chocolate: Choose a sugar-free variety for a healthier option.
  • Coconut oil (optional): Recommended to create a smooth chocolate coating.
  • Sea salt: Optional but highly recommended for a delicious flavor contrast.
